Pickering City Centre Condos is a new condo development by CentreCourt Developments currently in planning at 1355 A Kingston Road, Pickering, ON. The development is launching in 2023. Pickering City Centre Condos has a total of 55 Storeys.

This is a proposed site of the redevelopment of Pickering Town Centre on a 55 acres of land. The site will house 10+ buildings and over 6,000 units. This will a mixed use residential condo, rental, commercial retail, seniors and youth facility, gymnasium, theatre, art gallery, library and parkland development.

The Pickering GO Train Station, conveniently located just a 12-minute walk away, offers locals access to the Lakeshore East line, enabling them to reach downtown Toronto in under an hour by train. To further enhance transportation options in the area, a remarkable pedestrian bridge has been constructed at a cost of $23 million.
